Inès Ntsama — Senior Strategic Communications Consultant, Africa
I started as a journalist. Not by accident but because telling true stories, understanding people, and finding the right words always felt like the most powerful acts available to me. Twelve years later, those same skills are at the core of everything I build for my clients. Except now, I apply them to a bigger challenge: helping African organisations, businesses, and leaders build communication that truly represents them — communication that resonates, travels, and creates impact.
After studying journalism at ESSTIC (Cameroon) and completing a Master's in Public Communication at Université Laval (Canada), I built my career across Africa and Canada — across newsrooms and boardrooms, content creation and large-scale influence strategy.
I returned to Cameroon in 2022 with one conviction: the continent needs communication specialists who speak its languages, understand its codes, and master international standards. That double intelligence is what I bring to every assignment.

Journalist
Trained at ESSTIC, I begin my career as a journalist and reporter, developing the editorial rigour, active listening, and grounded storytelling that still shape my approach today.
Communications Strategist
I specialise in digital communications and content strategy. Canada chapter: Université Laval, Canadian Cancer Research Organization, Centura — then back to Africa with a pan-African vision.
Trainer & Consultant
I design and deliver training programmes for universities, NGOs and international institutions. 150+ professionals trained to date (IRIC, UCAC, UNESCO, BEM, Pigier).
